General Appearance: The planet appears almost uninhabitable from a distance. There are only a couple of small lakes and no forests, marshes, bogs, or ice sheets. The only terrain is desolate wasteland--- red-ish and incredibly dry.
In-Depth Description: Because Scilia has almost no water and even less vegetation, most products have to be taken from somewhere else. In fact, the Scilians were dumped on the arid desert planet of Scilia because of illegal actions (in the eyes of the galaxy's previous rulers, the Erfiatoans). There, they immediately began to take over other planets to gain more resources. With that, they could gain what they always wanted--- power and vast numbers.
For a few hundred years, they grew. And grew... and they took control of more and more planets. After they invaded a fourth planet, the Erfiatoans stepped in. However, by that point, the Scilians crushed them. In fact, they even had help from many other planets who had been brainwashed by Scilia's leader. Eventually, though, Scilia betrayed them all and began to rule them with a great, iron fist.
